Q) When is the best pickup date?

A) It is recommended to pick up your treats the same day you are gifting to ensure freshness! All treats are made fresh on your order date. 

Q) How long do cheesecake truffles & chocolate strawberries stay fresh for?

A) Cheesecake truffles require refrigeration and can be stored for up to 7 days in the fridge, and up to 1 month in the freezer. Chocolate dipped strawberries are best enjoyed within 24hrs of order date to ensure 100% freshness. They can be stored in the fridge over night, and left in room temperature when you are ready to eat.

Q) I have a special event and would like to customize a treat box with a specific theme, colours and add-ons. How do I place my custom order?

A) We love custom treatboxes! You may click the contact button on the website and provide us with your order date, details and all information for a quote. Currently we require a minium of 6 boxes to be ordered for custom boxes. For an example, if you wish to order baby shower treatboxes in pink theme, with customizations, we would make a minium of 6 per order date.

Q) Do you offer delivery?

A) Yes, we offer delivery in the lower mainland and fraser valley, this includes all cities between Vancouver to Abbotsford. To select delivery, you need to add your product to the cart page, and select a date in the calendar drop box. Then you will provide the delivery address and instructions. When your order is on the way, you will receive a text with a real time map and estimated arrival time! 

Q) Do you have other pickup-locations?

A) Currently we are offering two pickup locations, Abbotsford and Surrey BC. We are working on expanding our pickup locations to be closer to all of our wonderful clients. If you are a local shop and would like to carry our products, please feel free to contact us by email and we would love to connect.

Q) Does TreatCo offer treats and catering for large events? 

A) Yes! Please send us an email or fill out the contact form on our website. We also work with local dessert artists, party rentals, and dessert table stylists to help create your vision! 

Q) Are you able to accommodate allergies?

A) Currently we are unable to accommodate food allergies, as we operate in a open kitchen where many products are created at the same time. We take requests for nut-less and egg-less treat boxes, however cross contamination is a risk and treat boxes could still contain nut toppings. Please order at your own risk.
